Of course he used a gradius upgrade system :P Problem?
Every single game cannot have unique systems. Unique doesn't mean good.

I also had few times glitch with controls when my ship keep flying in direction where I not press already.

Anyway not bad game. I got to chapter 4 on normal and it was pretty hard already hehe :)

I played this a little. It's quite enjoyable and fun. Also it's like a platform run\jump puzzle. I think it's nice game. Hm... it deservs more than 3.33. I think 3.9 would be fair.

The game was awesome! I not like such games usually but this one is so great looking that I played through it all!

The game is good!

The game is good and I m glad my music used in it!
Once I realized that I can make big meteors it was awesome!
But the downside is that my finger got very tired to keep mouse button pressed and that the game was sooooooooo short!

Hated to wait things to rotate. I found it boring. Maybe just not my type. I like puzzle games tho. But not the ones where I have to wait for so long.

I suggest you to learn use bitmap data - you will be able to make much better effects with filters

Thanks for the tip there. I saw your programming abilities in that new game of yours. I did try some bitmapping tracing, but realized that it isnt as efficient in AS2 as it is inAS3, although I did simply use PNG images instead of vector graphics for some effects. PNGs dont lag in flash at all and they are excellent in quality.

Controls Ruin It All.......

The controls really ruins it all. I would put 10/10 if controls wasn't so bad.
Why is it so bad? Because when you close to enemy the guy keeps shooting while he cant kill them with shoot.
Another thing confuse is that you not really see when you damage with gun when not. Like a one car it seems not damageble by gun but other cars can be blown with gun.

The awesome in this game is animation and graphics. It drawn so well like a good flash toon!

And also the bosses are very awesome! I liked that most.

The music pics is OK.

Overal that game is like unfunished because of this very wrong controls feeling.
