I completed a 1st level in Forest land. When I am back to continue, it is not completed.
I wish there were more contrast between animals and monsters

Like older retro games you have to manually save your progress. Hitting select outside of a platformer level teleports you home. You can then save the game at your spell book. Auto saving was causing lots of visual bugs when loading into a saved game.
haha, there were times when a unity game runned fast enough even on my older PC, now this is lag so much
It's cool but placing the spikes is so boring
It's kinda cool but, the controls feel like, I dunno. I just don't feel them as good. I guess I would get used after a while. But I think it could be done that they feel comfortable from the beginning.
The art looks 50/50 for me.
Thank you! I'm glad to hear that you like the art!
I would have to agree with you on the controls, the game is meant to be played on the keyboard, but its easier to control using a gamepad. I believe it has to do with the release time of the arrow keys, causing players to fall back instead of turning. We are working on fixing the control's issues.
I was at upgrade menu. When I switched to another tab, then came back, the screen was black. I did not understood what is saw radius.
The game is OK.
Thank you for feedback! I will definitely looking for cause of the black screen during upgrade menu. "saw radius" is the distance between player and the saw.
if stuff could be placed with mouse it might be better. And also some basic configuration option. I wish there was an option to not give a score as I don't know how to rate it.
The game is OK. But it doesn't feel like Contra at all. I love NES Contra and this one is like totally different game in Contra skin.
