Rain Split is here. A chill breakbeat with a melody. The song which I first written in late 90's. Then there was revision in early 00's. Then it lost. But I did remembered it. And decided to recreate around 2018, first sketch was created. Song took me too much time to finish. I don't know if was worth it. I hope some people will enjoy. It is mostly done from scratch. Like, drum loops for example - from scratch with one shots and layering them. Snares - layering, synthesis, post process. Most of FX - from scratch. And so on.

For a long time I was telling like I do music in different genres and there supposed to be pop. Because I really like some pop songs.

So here we go.

My new music track - Plasmotech. Breakbeat genre.

The track was kinda made around 10 years ago. I could not finish it the way I want because did not had enough knowledge. I've been learning mixing for some years and now I know some. So a while ago I picked the track and decided to finish it. I like the result. Maybe not a hit, but a strong work. I imagine it fits an action scene. Like fighting or chasing.

I found it so amusing that the cat could sit for 16 hours during that his owner is streaming a game!

The guy on the video is Zhenya Bagatsky. He is a hardcore gamer from Russia. He plays games for his own fun. How I know about him? He is one of the admins in Russian retro gaming comminty that I often visit. I also heard he was a good arm wrestler.

So he posted another video play through. This time the “Namida no Soukoban Special” game on Famicom Disk System. I am not a fan of Sokoban, so I didn’t even read the annotation. But what I saw was something strange on his back. So curiously I clicked the video and figured that was a cat. And then I noticed the stream was pretty long. So I asked him about that.

And he said that the cat jumped on his back after a hour of the stream and then kept sitting for the rest of 16 hours of the stream.

Too bad he has bad lighting. That’s so adorable and amusing.

Finally, it happened. The music that is known from Riddle Transfer now is updated. I made it with much better mixing knowledge. Tried to keep as original but with better and more professional sound. Hope it worked!

Here is my recent piece of true music art(hahaha, just kidding). Originally was the game loop that turned into the full track.

It is not as brutal and hard as it's often in Drum And Bass. I don't like that brutal sound. For me it's best to sound around the pop dance music. I do not want to be louder, to have harder kick and stronger snare. I am not looking to be the "I am louder and harder hitting then them" guy. I just want to make good songs with good melodies.

The wobble in the first part and the second part sounds slightly different. Those are my own presets from scratch.
